My overall experience was okay. Culture is decent. If you're willing to put in the hours it's not a bad place to work. Process improvement around deals desk would go a long way to shorten the sales cycle.

Overall Zoom was a good company with good people, the challenge they have is they are still too inexperienced with truly global companies that require services in multiple countries where regulatory and privacy laws are a very real thing. Without a true plan to address the gaps it wasn't a good fit for me.
