HR advised it was a policy to drop a salary offer at least one level down for candidates moving roles internally, to counter any negotiation. So even when you move internally they are not necessarily paying you what they deem to the role is worth .. Avoid.

It used to be the best place in every way. Things started to turn in 2022 and have really gone downhill in 2023. Now decisions are not thoughtful & harm not just employees but stock & PR.
