Zoom has gone downhill. Quotas are unattainable and they have deceleration on a 6 month plan so paychecks are slim. Territories are a disaster.

Great selling org, incredible leadership, and very achievable quota. Biggest downside is how messy ROE is and how poor data management is in CRM which leads to a lot of duplicate accounts an unnecessary fighting among reps/managers. Overall, incredible product, great GTM org.
