Culture was good in the beginning, but then as the COVID bump ended.. culture hit the end. Order takers had to turn into sellers and that caused a lot of issues. A lot of middle management was promoted during COVID and lacked sales leadership ability that was needed in the new era of Zoom.

One of the worst company cultures I’ve ever been in. Ego driven ELT and backstabbing/oneupmanship ran rampant. Constant rounds of layoffs led to a fear based culture. Stay away!
