Workplace bullying is a common occurrence, with utterly incompetent people in power positions (RVP and AVP who both got fired from their previous jobs, somehow managed to land roles at ZS).

Former Employee3.9Mar 26, 2025Zscaler was hypergrowth back when I joined. Great product market fit in a strange time (Covid). Probably then grew a bit too fast and overhired. The MEDDIC culture was leaving with the leaders that left and then things started to become 'corporate' and forced. Still people were making great deals and large logo's really need the platform.
