Management provides guidance but gives you autonomy to make your own decisions. Weekly deal meetings to give status and reporting. You just have to know your customers and what your talking about.

ServiceNow sales leadership were supposed to bring in their models and processes but apparently they don't have any. ONETeam is just a marketing term but does not have any reality behind it. No-one talks about development anymore.
