My overall experience was a 3 out of 10. There is only base pay during ramp and not the best support. The org is willing to hire quick and fire quick. Two years in a row of doing layoff's in the summer and hirings in the winter. The C level is pretty demanding and rude but will relax a little if you sell. They micromanage hardcore and watch every gong call. Instead...Read More
