The base compensation is definitely above the industry average which keeps you at the company and makes switching less appealing. The company leadership and non-compensation perks are very good and the work-life balance is also very good. The IC plans are convoluted and in some cases blatantly unfair and the company is unwilling to make changes when production issues affect the ability to deliver product to customers.

My overall experience is a culture of arrogance by leadership. They don’t get their hands dirty and only care about the company itself. There is a clear delineation between those acquired and legacy employees.
