Culture is not as authentic as I realized and everyone is forcing themselves to smile at conferences but will say how much they hate their job in private. It’s a very weird environment to be in. High turnover as well and leadership does not see the connection between the turnover and their strategies in place. Also lack of transparency and sales direction changes every few weeks
