In the neuromodulation devision there are a lot of back door deals rep to upper management to take revenue from other territories that you are not working in. It makes for a terrible culture and hard to even track performance accounting wise. Example Q4 I knew I hit my quarterly bonus but wasn’t paid because an accounting error because some of my revenue was accidentally give to another rep because of these back door deals. It took two month of me fighting with accounting and finance to get it corrected. Now I’m getting the bonus 2 months late.

There is a constant flow of turnover with leadership and thus the comp structure is ever changing and those above you don’t know our customers needs.

Overall experience was good, but could have been better. Limited opportunities for growth and less compensation than peer companies. I wouldn’t work there again if I have another similar organization willing to hire me for a similar role. That said, the benefits were really good.
