Former Employee The culture and leadership team are fantastic. A truly state of the art, fast paced environment that you would expect from a scale up.
Downside: Ada has not found its product-market fit in the fast moving landscape of CX AI. It heavily relies on a few large accounts that make up the majority of its revenue and has its largest struggle in differentiating its higher end product with cheaper CX AI solutions. Former Employee Lots of changes and lack of direction. 3 mass layoffs in under a year.
