They keep hiring off shore resources and laying off on-site resources. This is leading to upset clients or clients who will diversify their staffing pool. They are definitely saving money on the short term but hurting their outlook for the future.

Akkodis was a great company a few years ago. However, hiring the wrong leaders really brought this company down significantly. Now it's no different from any other staffing company. Overall experience was positive. Great office and leadership at the time. Downside is that if you aren’t in a high tech area… the expected written business goal could be a challenge if your aren’t given a enterprise account
