Initially my experience was great, but the further I got in my career the worse things became. If you wanted to work you had to travel. Favoritism was like nothing I had ever seen before. You could be the top sales person but if you weren't a favorite you weren't going to get opportunities. I've heard things have gotten worse since I left.

Base pay not great at all. Commission opportunity is significant. Leadership growth strategy is to hire people without having enough business to provide in hopes that everyone will prospect to land new business.

My experience was very positive. Great organization and people and training as a 1st role in sales. At the time they were limited in how much you could make but I have heard this has changed. If you are looking for an opportunity to have both long and short sales cycles as well as make great money in an entry level position, this is the place for you.
