Current Employee Base compensation is pretty low to start, and a majority of money is from commission. The job is very easy once you learn the industry and flow and there is no cold calling, unless you are prospecting a new net logo. They do just throw you in for the most part and it's either sink or swim or stay afloat until you figure it out. Goals are attainable and commissions are pretty great as long as you are independent and a self starter. Culture is good for the most part but is a very independent and lonely job in certain states. You will almost never see anyone outside of Teams.
