Initially my experience was great, but the further I got in my career the worse things became. If you wanted to work you had to travel. Favoritism was like nothing I had ever seen before. You could be the top sales person but if you weren't a favorite you weren't going to get opportunities. I've heard things have gotten worse since I left.

My overall experience was negative. The company specializes in selling supplemental insurance benefits to employees of the public sector and car dealerships. The base pay is low and the commission structure is complicated. If a policy you sell does not stay in force for over one year then that policy's commission is added on top of your quota for the following year....Read More

Base compensation is pretty low to start, and a majority of money is from commission. The job is very easy once you learn the industry and flow and there is no cold calling, unless you are prospecting a new net logo. They do just throw you in for the most part and it's either sink or swim or stay afloat until you figure it out. Goals are attainable and commissions...Read More
