My overall experience was negative. The company specializes in selling supplemental insurance benefits to employees of the public sector and car dealerships. The base pay is low and the commission structure is complicated. If a policy you sell does not stay in force for over one year then that policy's commission is added on top of your quota for the following year. It always felt like company leadership was stretched too thin.

Base compensation is pretty low to start, and a majority of money is from commission. The job is very easy once you learn the industry and flow and there is no cold calling, unless you are prospecting a new net logo. My experience was very positive. Great organization and people and training as a 1st role in sales. At the time they were limited in how much you could make but I have heard this has changed. If you are looking for an opportunity to have both long and short sales cycles as well as make great money in an entry level position, this is the place for you.
