Former Employee If you're looking for real career development, supportive leadership, or ethical sales practices, Artlist is not the place. Leadership is disorganized and often unprofessional, with little interest in mentoring or upskilling their team. There's no meaningful growth path, and reps are often left without the training or support they need to succeed. Worse, account executives and account managers are actively encouraged to mislead clients to hit short-term goals, which erodes trust and creates a toxic culture. I can't recommend this company to anyone serious about long-term success or professional integrity.
