Too slow on product development in comparison to the competition in SMB. Marketing over the sales teams created an underwhelming experience.

Marketing strategy has shifted quite a bit since the Thryv acquisition. It's been a grind hitting quota with the amount and quality of leads generated. Quotas were set based on prior expectations and the GTM strategy hasn't been properly executed.
