Former Employee Total lack of leadership, constant turn over, IC quotas that exceed teams total pipeline. A masterclass of what happens to an organization that neglects innovation for many years. Aspect has an impressive yet rapidly dwindling install base some customers been on the platform for 20+ years. New logos however are few and far between as the UX is severely outdated & the price structure resembles legacy premise software. Revolving door of sales leadership & reps, not uncommon for 1 deal being 9 months old but having 2-3 reps cover it. Heavily siloed organization with next to no centralized leadership...most common ? asked among us lowly sales people "whose in charge here?". Takes 12 months to close an Enterprise sized deal here due to lack of differentiation in the WFM space nearly all opps are RFPs yet the runway for an AE only seems to be 6-9 months before PIP. But don't worry a new VP of Something will come in and save the day with a GTM strategy fresh out of 2008! Browse Other Reviews
