Good colleagues, not a great place to work. Management, primarily the CEO Louis, contributes to a very rigid and exploitative corporate atmosphere. The company also relies heavily on H-1B visa workers. Steer clear.

My overall experience has been pretty good so far. I’ve just started and in training and they don’t have a very in depth training program.

Minimal investment in development / training. Plus is that you have a lot of freedom to try new strategies and have good tech stack but there is no real training and management is non-existent. High turnover and no transparency around AE promotion, quota is unattainable for most BDRs.
