Current Employee Exceptionally negative experience overall; under no circumstances would I recommend that any sales professional works here for the following reasons:
1. Limited product-market fit - the platform is overbuilt for the value it provides, and most apps fail to generate customer value
2. Commissions are not paid (like ever) - top reps are owed hundreds of thousands of dollars in commissions that likely won't ever be paid
3. High turnover and low quota attainment - Average sales rep tenure is 7 months; the Repvue quota attainment of 16% honestly feels high, but not even our sales ops or sales management can give us a real number
4. Wretched sales ops and sales management - No formal process for sales management, useless training, and leadership that knows neither how to sell or how to train people to sell
5. Poor reputation in the market - Numerous lawsuits from investors, rich history of market manipulation by the founder, and lots of burned bridges with enterprise accounts
