Constant turnover in the company, especially with the sales team. Micromanaging from all levels once there was a managerial shift. The product operates in a monopoly market, where the competitors are superior on all fronts. Toxic corporate culture, and other workers doing anything for a promotion. Morals are always important and keep you grounded in life.

limited market reach that hindered my ability to fully leverage my skills. Additionally, the internal sales structure proved to be clunky, creating unnecessary hurdles in the sales process.
