Constant turnover in the company, especially with the sales team. Micromanaging from all levels once there was a managerial shift. The product operates in a monopoly market, where the competitors are superior on all fronts. Toxic corporate culture, and other workers doing anything for a promotion. Morals are always important and keep you grounded in life.
