In an interview process currently and would like to know, are quotas generally attainable? How is the company / product doing when it comes to sales in the current economic climate?

If you consider the political as well as economic climate, cyber security is more and more important so the company is doing well.
In fact the risk is that the market has become more and more attractive and so there is more competition because people want some of the share.
So differentiation wins.

I can answer for Europe. Most people have an attainable quota. With the people who are more established 2-3 of them are at quota for the year already. Others are behind.
Of the ramping people, there is more luck involved. One guy did 600% of his quarter (exception, not rule).

I’m a former Cx rep and can tell you quotas used to be attainable. If you're in process, one important question to ask is why they shifted from offering both SaaS and on-prem to SaaS-only. When I was selling Fortify, I consistently won against Checkmarx because of broader language coverage—especially for legacy applications—and the flexibility of deployment models. That dual offering was a major differentiator for enterprise and strategic accounts. Removing on-prem took a valuable option off the table for many large customers.

It all depends on your territory/clients. Some can do very well, however, alot of the larger accounts are already assigned; unless you have an existing relationship/s in accounts that are not current clients.
