Working for Checkmarx is generally positive. However, the Australian marketplace has been turbulent and multiple competitive vendors have entered the AppSec marketplace in the region, with a race to the bottom on price v value. A $1m deal from 3 years ago, would be a $150-200k deal now. The organisation has made massive strides for Agentic AI and the demand and higher price point will drive better revenue growth and target achievement in the future

Worst experience of my career. Be careful with strategic, the director and VP are hated my most people because they are genuinely not good people. If you don’t follow process you’re fired. Customers will not work with strategic director or vp and will churn renewals because of it.
