Great product but depending on territory it is hard to hit quota. In 2025 SDR quota was withheld until June because they had not put together a comp plan. When receiving said plan quota was double what we were told it was going to be, while also changing what counts towards quota. SDR’s rarely if ever get promoted, even if you over achieve quota you will be passed for internal roles or even be completely ghosted by the hiring team. Instead of giving performance based raises as they promised they issued rsu’s that take a year to vest. Overall the people are great and certain solutions are best in class. Most teams are filled with great people, but changes coming down are unclear and there is a sense of confusion everywhere.

My experience has been great, first company I’ve worked for where they treat you like a person and not just a number. They’ve never had lay offs in the 30 years they’ve been around and once your here they will help you move to wherever you want within the company to retain you if you’ve been a good worker.

Overall a very relaxed and laid back company with good products. It’s not a Google or Microsoft, but they also never lay people off with fair goals. Everyone including the company wins.
