Check Point is a great company to work for as far as job security. There are many employees that remain at this company for more than 10 years. There are also a lot of departments and job opportunities that you can advance to and pay is pretty solid. I also like that this company allows for remote work (depending on which department you’re in) and does bi-annual reviews for career development. Every company has their own process issues, which isn’t any different here. However, my biggest complaint is the work culture. A lot of finger pointing and blame games in Sales which can lead to toxic work environments especially if the bad apples aren’t removed in both management and independent roles. Other than that, Check Point is a good place to work at for the long term.

Great products with a culture of not paying their sales team. Hitting your quota is near impossible with the company continually asking reps to fight for commission. Check Point has burned a lot of bridges over the last decade wishing customers and channel and has struggled to recover. You’re always fighting to get compensated

My overall experience has been great Check Point is a well established company with great products. The pay is decent and the people are great, it is an older company so upward mobility is more difficult.
