Former Employee The comp plan and team needs a complete overhaul. New business quotas are nearly impossible to hit - you will have 20-25% of reps exceed quota - and the comp plan is incredibly punishing if you don’t hit quota. A significant portion of the sales team only works a few hours per day because the comp plan is so bad and so impossible to make money, they rather spend their time fishing. Browse Other Reviews
