I love the culture but the sales motion is B2C and I prefer B2B. Tech stack is clunky and issues aren’t resolved quickly since engineering team is spread thin

Internal culture is amazing, but still very much a startup. You won’t make bank as a sales person here, and it is definitely not a B2B motion, it’s definitely more B2C Great work life balance though

This is a wonderful organization to be a part of that values its team. Everyone is incredibly down to earth, with surprisingly no arrogance. Management leads by and supports growing families with an accepting work life balance. Plus incredible inbound lead flow that keeps me busy daily. I estimate about 20 leads a week, even more during the busy season.
