Overall a gradually worsening experience. Began ok enough - product training fairly decent but the sales training amounts to call reviews with no real feedback or strategy for accounts/territories. Commission is based on meetings booked and revenue %. Most reps meet the revenue percentage but not always the meetings booked. ZERO commission is earned if this is not met. Considering this is an inbound-focused business the lack of leads is unacceptable, yet they have hired more people over budget so now the individual leads are minimal that are actionable. No one on the entire sales team is now earning commission, including AEs. Not only that, but the commission is flat rate - no percentage of MRR or ARR - also commission payouts were significantly lowered at the beginning of the year. We are told that this is because we are shifting to outbound focus - yet do not get in-depth training on outbound nor any sales enablement. The company also will not meet its own targets for revenue this year - nor did it last year and there is no external investment.

Hi there, Thanks for taking the time to write this review. Our sales strategy has always been and will continue to remain outbound focused, with very little focus on inbound leads. We're proud of how regularly we receive positive feedback on the training and development of SDRs and AEs in our Sales team. Kudos to our sales management team for making this happen. More detailed reviews can be found on glassdoor. Target/commission for SDRs is number of client meetings booked. Target/commission for AEs is revenue earned = commission paid (in incremental brackets). Both of these commission structures are pretty standard for the industry. We're pleased to say that our average quota attainment for 2024 was 81% for our AE team, with our best result coming from our top performer who achieved 154.5% in Q2. Regards, Jason - CEO
