Being one of the managers here on the sales team, I can say in confidence that we ensure training and development are at the front of everything we do, through weekly training and coaching, product knowledge etc. Our average quota attainment for 2024 was 81% for our AE team, with our best result coming from our top performer who achieved 154.5% in Q2.

Overall a gradually worsening experience. Began ok enough - product training fairly decent but the sales training amounts to call reviews with no real feedback or strategy for accounts/territories. Hi there, Thanks for taking the time to write this review. Our sales strategy has always been and will continue to remain outbound focused, with very little focus on inbound leads. We're proud of how regularly we receive positive feedback on the training and development of SDRs and AEs in our Sales team. Kudos to our sales management team for making this happen. More detailed reviews can be found on glassdoor. Target/commission for SDRs is number of client meetings booked. Target/commission for AEs is revenue earned = commission paid (in incremental brackets). Both of these commission structures are pretty standard for the industry. We're pleased to say that our average quota attainment for 2024 was 81% for our AE team, with our best result coming from our top performer who achieved 154.5% in Q2. Regards, Jason - CEO
