We're proud of how regularly we receive positive feedback on the training and development of SDRs and AEs in our Sales team. Kudos to our sales management team for making this happen. More detailed reviews can be found on glassdoor. Target/commission for SDRs is number of client meetings booked. Target/commission for AEs is revenue earned = commission paid (in incremental brackets). Both of these commission structures are pretty standard for the industry. We're pleased to say that our average quota attainment for 2024 was 81% for our AE team, with our best result coming from our top performer who achieved 154.5% in Q2. Regards, Jason - CEO
