Strong market vertical. Knowledgable CTO with prior founding experience. Hyper competitive space coming from a combination of legacy players (e.g. Sailpoint / Saviynt) and modern startups (Zilla, Lumos, etc..). Overwhelming majority of new logos come from California. In the process of hyper growth - hired/hiring 10+ AEs for the full country to try and break into the rest of the US. Biggest headwinds are integrating with non-native tech stacks (e.g. SAP, Oracle, & vertical specific stacks like healthcare/banking) and high pricing vs the competition. Very high burnout out and employee turnover rate. Definitely a high pressure role.

If you have an offer here, RUN. Seriously. Would not wish working here on my worst enemy. Sales leadership is so toxic and fear-based. Bad leadership. Product is pretty slick for what it's worth but this is not worth the toll on your mental health unless you're good at being a puppet and eating other people's negativity.
