Great technology. Significant organizational issues that need to be addressed - mostly stemming from a lack of proper CRM and Analytics Platforms: questionable ‘data-driven’ leadership decisions, poor hiring, low deal velocity, poor visibility/ transparency into team workflows and more, all contributing to a culture of inequity and stagnation.

Great learning curve but since the acquisition the company seems to be a less lucrative place to work. New leadership are switched on PE managed hence cost cuts across the business.
