A lot of change in the BDR department as the new VP looks to re structure the org. Lowering monthly quota to hopefully have more reps hitting it.

Recent major changes to comp plan and GTM strategy. Sales people all took massive pay cuts. Leadership seems disorganized. Good product but some org changes are necessary.
