Really a sink or swim environment. There was a good market fit like 4 years ago but now the tech is not very unique and is quite expensive. The managers who built their careers within Darktrace are very unprofessional, constantly pissing off clients and customers, and don't understand how sales orgs or companies in general other than Darktrace operate.

It’s a great product but company is in the midst of an identity crisis. Management has good ideas with lackluster execution. Doesn’t listen to feedback from reps. Their continued solution is to hire more reps. Lots of good folks, lots of growing pains.
