My experience has been tremendous with Darktrace. The role does take time to build out a book of business but if you are consistent and successful with the firm you can make life changing money at this company. Would not recommend Darktrace...VERY challenging culture and the compensation was far lower than industry standard. Only paid out on 50% of commission up front and they require reps to wait another year to collect the second half.

The product is good. The CRM is terrible and it really impacts the work flow for everyone in the sales department, especially the SDRs. Success is entirely measured by meetings occurred for SDRs.
