Current Employee Company has gone through some changes in recent times. There’s been leadership turn over, consistent comp structure changes (every half for the past 2 &1/2 years,) plus below average base salary.
CS is a catch-all for the organization between customer roll out, account management, pipeline generation, closing said revenue generated and renewing customer. Net new seems like it’s at an all time low. Majority of revenue stems from cross-sell / upsells into established accounts.
Pending the team you’re on, experience at company can wildly vary.
Overall, been happy at the company, but that’s just me; sure others would say otherwise as they would about any other company. Browse Other Reviews
