A lot of micromanagement, you have to in the office until 9 pm even if you have completed all your work and a lot of toxic behavior, even bullying

Good sales team, product needed a bit of work, but lots to play for.

Big change in culture whilst employed. UK sales team dropped from around 15 people in November, to 4 during summer, mainly from notice being handed in because of the change. Poor product iteration, and fit in UK market, lots of churn.
