Current Employee It’s tough to hit your number here relying on net new alone. To really survive, you need a few solid existing accounts. Sure, there are always outliers, top reps who make it happen, but a lot of that comes down to luck, internal sponsorship, and who you know (and how they feel about you).
Unfortunately, it feels like they’ve adopted more of a churn-and-burn mindset rather than investing in building a real sales culture. It’s a shame because there are some really talented people here, and the product itself is strong. The bigger issue seems to be that leadership lacks the experience to truly guide and scale the team the right way.
I would not recommend going here.
