Zero inbound lead pipeline Weak product market fit Price intensive and unpopular user based price model - most of other competitors do you have consumption models in place. Bad leadership I haven’t met anyone yet in Central Europe who has a quota attainment above 40%. Exorbitant number of AES which are at 0%

There are 0 inbound leads. If there was a marketing engine, this company would go to the moon. Outbound deal cycles take 14+ months minimum. Almost all deals are outbound. New logo acquisition is slow and almost non existent.
