This is a decent place to learn basic sales skills (cold calling, negotiating, prospecting), but the culture is very poor, with a high turnover of staff, no inbounds and little training. Old school sales. Things have apparently changed since I left, with a base salary now in place. However, I have heard that the culture is the same.
