My overall experience was terrible. The culture is not professional and is extremely toxic. They lie to their employees about numbers and forecasting to make it seem like they are doing better than they actually are. They tell employees they are doing great and then let them go for no reason and when you file for unemployment they try to fight it. They do NOT care about their employees.

Good start up company to work for. The culture used to be so much more inviting, however, with the change of the way SDRs have been managed by the VP of Sales, the SDR team has become a less inviting place to work. SDR manager is great! Comp is okay...the base is higher for Sr. SDRs. Meetings booked pay at a rate of $250 per accepted opportunity.
