This is a good company for people in early stages of career but not a good idea to stay long term. You will get exposed to the industry but there is not any well defined track for career and skill advancement

Abysmal. They will lie and promise everything & the only thing guaranteed is that they won't deliver. Their turnover is insane, the CEO is not fit to run a lemonade stand, let alone a business - even a member of their Board called for his resignation (Google it). Mandatory in-office. There is no room for growth here, you will be limited so you will not get a raise. It is difficult going to office as everything is outdated. No free snacks, we used to have weekly socials but now its every month. The coffee has ants.

The CEO created a terrible culture. He is involved in everything and consistently insulting employees. He keeps a close group of people by him that will not question his moves.
