The people who actually do the work are fantastic and great to work with. ePlus corporate watches every penny we spend on expenses like Scrooge. Flights over a certain amount must be approved by the COO's executive assistant. Hotels tool. Since ePlus has grown by acquisition, there is no cohesive culture. The company has solid solutions and services, literally something for any medium-sized organization or larger. Executive leadership is very (appropriately) engaged, though some processes seem to lag behind the growth of the organization. Regional leadership sets direction for local goals, which promotes good culture.
