Lack of mentorship opportunities has led to stunted growth and development within the company. Emergn has very high turnover and a long history of hiring and letting people go before they can even complete 6 months at the company. Emergn is a start-up that is still finding its footing, and I would not recommend it as a place to work at this time.

I do not recommend working here. Unrealistic goals with no support to achieve goals. Most of the business is from past customers.

No brand presence, no marketing, expect magic from sales team without any real support. Company on a slow and steady decline without any acceptance it’s PMF and leadership vs. a perpetually poor sales team.
