Very cut throat culture with poorly managed/assigned territories. Good product and market fit. The best performers here get lucky with their territory. Spent significantly more time prospecting/breaking into new accounts than actually selling/sitting in front of potential customers.

The experience at Engine is intense. You need to make 65–80 dials a day to be successful. There’s no inbound flow — you're fully responsible for generating your own opportunities and running the entire sales cycle from cold call to close.
