Very strong product-market fit. Evolution of the product has been based off of direct client and customer feedback. Pay and additional comp at Euna is not competitive, slightly below average for Canadian SaaS Tech. Culture has been lacking due to consolidations in the past 2 years but the environment is not toxic. Product (Procurement) is competitive, but exec leadership has never sold into SLED before. Lack of sales training and unreachable targets due to heavily weighted territories for several reps. Lots of opportunity here, but leadership (mid level + exec) needs a changeup.

Good company to work for if you are a BDR/SDR. Potential to make good money. Depending on which product line you sell, you may be able to advance up through the company from BDR/SDR to AE.
