New name corporate sales is a trap. The quotas are impossibly high and the lead generation is very lack luster. It all depends on what territory you get and the timing of projects. The product is also 3x the amount of competitors

This company has the potential to be great. Which is why it is that much more frustrating that it is not. Poor leadership, constant quiet layoffs, and constant org. Changes make Everbridge a very difficult environment to sell for.

It is a challenging time for the mass notification industry; budget cuts everywhere. Many teams are 1/2 the staff they were in 2020. Including here, tenured reps sitting in 4th quarter are barely at 40% of goal.

Acquired by PE firm so cutting costs is a company priority. This involves paying reps less, expecting more. Leadership is not great- trying to fit square in a round hole by making our structure monthly/quarterly although our cycles are 6+ months for anything strategic.
