Don’t come here thinking your pay will rise with good performance. It’s clear AE’s are expected to get the job done and either be content with their income or move on. Sad because a lot of quality AE’s will jump ship.

Everbridge has a solid portfolio and performs well for our customer base. The biggest challenge facing Everbridge is the current leadership. With the never ending changes over the past 12-16 months the morale and culture is at an all time low.

We are the industry leader when it comes to our products, and as a result, a customer or prospect is willing to spend money for the best we win deals. Leadership is also very lenient with discounts, so it’s very easy to win in the competitive sales deals as well. If you’re a professional SaaS sales person and put in your 40 hours of work per week, you’ll do very well.
