Everbridge is very well respected in the industry. Pricing compared to peers is typically higher. Support is excellent and customers trust that messages will be delivered in times of crisis. Culture and leadership is not favourable. Morale is very low.

Things have gotten worse since Toma Bravo took over. Layoffs and outsourcing staff to other countries.

The management is in a white castle and based life on numbers and salesforce. Very little human interaction and minimin help in prospecting.
